Document folders or envelope folders
For A4 sheets, consider a folder with a glued pocket. Agree internal dimensions and closure first for photos, tickets or unusual packs. Envelope folders, magnetic closures and custom dies are quoted separately using the contents as a reference.
What the online folder quote covers
The form prices a standard A4 folder with a glued pocket. Options include one- or two-sided colour printing, 300–400 gsm stocks and Colotech+ 350 gsm, lamination and quantity. The standard flat size is 430×305 mm; confirm the pocket template and folds before layout.
Stock, finishing and capacity
Heavier stock alone does not determine capacity. Specify the sheet count and any brochure or business card so we can check the pocket. Textured or pearlescent board and custom finishing need separate agreement. Match repeat orders to the approved construction and previous sample.

Preparing your artwork
Use the approved dieline, keeping pocket, fold and glue guides separate from printed artwork. Show the logo, contact details and other elements in the closed-folder layout and keep important content clear of the pocket.
General requirements: 2 mm bleed on each side, important content at least 3 mm from trim, CMYK images at 300–450 dpi and outlined fonts. Folds, binding and custom dielines need additional agreed allowances.
