A folded base with a grid gives a compact date overview. Flip pages allow monthly images, with a logo and contacts on the visible base. Decide which side will be read and how much desk space is available before layout.
Base and page dimensions
Calculator dimensions describe width and base panels: front, bottom and back. They are not just finished sheet width and height. Choose a preset and whether to add pages; options are 6, 12, 18 or 24 sheets. Agree a custom dieline and stability before printing.
Base stock and calendar pricing
Select base and pages separately, considering weight, colours and finish. Lamination changes the surface but does not replace sound construction. Price depends on preset, stock, sheet count and quantity. An extra cover, designer board, stamping or other custom details need separate pricing.

Preparing your artwork
Use the approved base dieline and check panel orientation after folding. Supply pages separately with year, grid language and page order. Agree wire and fold allowances before final layout.
General requirements: 2 mm bleed on each side, important content at least 3 mm from trim, CMYK images at 300–450 dpi and outlined fonts. Folds, binding and custom dielines need additional agreed allowances.
