Choosing a flyer for your message
A compact flyer suits one offer; instructions, programmes or several products need more space. Use the reverse for conditions, directions or a QR code. Select folds for a folded presentation; use the catalogue page for bound publications.
Standard flyer sizes:
- A6: 148×105 mm.
- A5: 210×148 mm.
- Euro flyer: 210×99 mm.
- A4: 210×297 mm.
The calculator also offers A3, a 99×99 mm square and a 70×100 mm pocket calendar. Choose one or two sides and colour or black printing. Prioritise readable content over fitting in as much text as possible.
Paper, folds and print-run costs
Consider uncoated paper for writing and coated stocks for images and graphics. The form offers several weights and scoring; lamination is available for stocks from 200 gsm. Price depends on size, stock, colours, quantity and finishing. Urgent production is confirmed after artwork checks.

Preparing your artwork
Check offer dates, contacts and the QR code at final size. Identify front and back for two-sided work; agree the folding scheme so important text stays clear of folds.
General requirements: 2 mm bleed on each side, important content at least 3 mm from trim, CMYK images at 300–450 dpi and outlined fonts. Folds, binding and custom dielines need additional agreed allowances.
