Calendar grids and construction
Choose a listed ready-made grid or printing from your own artwork. One or three wire bindings change the assembly. Header, bottom panel and grid are configured separately; confirm date sliders and other components. Check language, year and marked dates on the actual grid.
Advertising-panel and grid dimensions
Advertising panels offer A4/A3, stock, colours and lamination; the bottom panel is optional. A custom grid has its own size, stock, colours and sheet count. Overall dimensions depend on these parts and assembly; do not reuse an old sample’s dimensions without checking.
Standard quarterly calendar
Example layout: 720 × 297 mm overall, a 210 × 297 mm top panel, a 70 × 297 mm bottom panel and 140 × 297 mm date-grid sections. Confirm dimensions for the selected specification before preparing artwork.
Business quarterly calendar
Example layout: 840 × 297 mm overall, a 210 × 297 mm top panel and three 70 × 297 mm advertising panels; month sections are 140 × 297 mm. This version gives more space for company information. Agree dimensions and binding positions before layout.
Pricing and approval
Price depends on grids, panels, stocks, wire bindings and quantity. Confirm ready-made grid stock, year and colour variant before production. Custom shapes, extra panels and samples need separate agreement. Give gift deadlines early in the season; timing depends on specification and workload.

Preparing your artwork
Supply advertising panels and custom grids as separate files. Check dates, weekdays, year, language and highlighted days. Agree holes, bindings and slider placement for the construction; keep contacts and logos clear of fittings.
General requirements: 2 mm bleed on each side, important content at least 3 mm from trim, CMYK images at 300–450 dpi and outlined fonts. Folds, binding and custom dielines need additional agreed allowances.

- Send artwork or materials for design. We agree the specification, price, file preparation and timing before production.
- Approve the order and collection in Kharkiv or delivery across Ukraine. Allow for delivery time separately.
