Standard digital business cards: choose your options
The online calculator covers 90×50 and 85×55 mm sizes, one or two printed sides, coated paper at 300, 350 and 400 gsm and Colotech+ at 350 gsm. Choose lamination and rounded corners separately.
One side suits concise contact details. Two sides let you separate the logo and contact information or add services and a QR code. Check the details and legibility of small elements before printing.
Urgent printing: what determines the timing
Tell us your required delivery date before placing the order. Urgent production depends on artwork readiness, stock availability, quantity, finishing and production capacity.
The time a sheet spends in the press is not the turnaround time of an order: file checks, printing, finishing and trimming are also needed. We agree the timing before production and allow for delivery separately.
Designer board, white and clear toner
Business cards on black Plike
Black Plike and other dark designer boards need a white underbase and readable small text. Plike, Ispira, Netturto and Sirio from the previous range are selected using samples; availability and print compatibility are confirmed for each order.
White toner can create light elements on dark board. Clear toner adds a selective glossy effect. These require a separate specification and are not included in the standard online calculator.
Clear toner and screen-applied UV varnish are different processes: appearance and material compatibility are agreed using samples. Send your artwork, preferred board, quantity and a reference for a special order.
Colour and quality control
We check size, bleed, fonts and placement of important elements before production. Attach brand guidelines or a physical sample if a specific brand shade matters. Screen colour does not replace agreement on the printed result.
Discuss a proof before the run for colour-critical work. Its need, terms and cost are agreed separately.

Business card artwork: check before printing
Match the artwork size to the finished card you selected. Our general requirements specify 2 mm bleed on every side and at least 3 mm between important text or logos and the finished edge. For a 90×50 mm card, the file including bleed is 94×54 mm.
Prepare raster images in CMYK at 300–450 dpi at print size and convert fonts in vector files to outlines. If you need design help, send your logo, contact details and preferences; the scope and cost are agreed separately.
For foil, white or clear toner, relief and other finishing, agree the placement of elements and preparation of separate layers. Requirements depend on the chosen process; a screen mock-up of an effect does not replace the production file.
How to order business cards
- Price a standard option. Choose the size, stock, one or two printed sides, finish and quantity in the calculator. Send non-standard board and finishing for an individual quote.
- Agree the file and timing. Send the artwork and required delivery date. A manager checks the specification and agrees the final price and production time before work starts.
- Receive your order. Collect the cards at our Kharkiv office or arrange Nova Poshta shipping across Ukraine. Delivery time is separate from production time.
